To create the best portrait possible, please send a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet.
Make sure there’s nothing blocking your pet’s face or body (like furniture, toys, or other pets).
Good lighting and a sharp image is important for the best outcome.

A clear photo of your pet must be submitted along with your form.
Please email your photo to stoatallyco@gmail.com and include your pet’s name in the email so I can match it to your form.

Once your form and photo are reviewed and approved, you’ll receive payment instructions to complete your deposit (50%) and reserve your spot!

Timeline & Delivery

• Approval of your form is usually within 1-2 business days but I’ll make it as fast as possible!
• An estimated completion date will be sent once your form is submitted and approved.
• Turnaround time is typically 4-6 weeks after your deposit is received.
• The final 50% of payment is due before delivery of the completed artwork.
• Once the final payment is received, a high-resolution digital file of your portrait will be emailed to you. And if printing has been arranged I will also be in touch for that.

Pricing

Flat Rate: $200 (+$200 for each additional pet in the photo)

A non-refundable deposit (50%) is due when your application is approved. The final 50% is due upon completion before delivery.

Payment details will be provided upon approval of your application.
